Personality:
Santa is the nicest guy you could ever team up with. He's helpful and trustworthy and a gentle caring soul at heart. Only that's not true at all.
With that out of the way the rest of the personality is actually pretty simple!
Santa is basically a hot headed, short tempered young adult with a hell of an attitude. This can make him tough to deal with, or get along with at all. He butts heads with the other players numerous times and doesn't hesitate to press their buttons for a reaction; calling Lotus old seemed like it was his favorite. Insulting Junpei in any way also seemed like it was a fun activity to him. Seriously; just give him a few minutes and he'll have something to call somebody out on. He also tends to act like a little bit of an idiot; choosing to talk about science and experiments when he's busy slowly freezing to death in a locked walk in freezer and refusing to walk down a bloody corridor because his new shoes will get dirty. These actions lead to Junpei assuming the worst about Santa's intelligence.
Despite his cocky and self important nature Santa also shows a whole lot of distrust towards anyone but himself. He even passes on the message to Junpei that he shouldn't trust anyone but himself, and even divulges the four things he hates more than anything else - "You know what I hate most in the world? I got 4 things: Hope, Faith, Love, and Luck."
Perhaps more surprising than his cynicism - which is something he doesn't even try to hide but somehow doesn't show too much - is Santa's intelligence. While he's assumed to be a stupid 20 something with ego problems it becomes clear to the others - mainly Junpei - that Santa has a lot more smarts than he seems to. While everyone wanders off to look for a missing person in the group Santa is the only person who remains behind; instead wondering who fixed the door they previously couldn't get through, before putting forth the theory that it was one of the group who had fixed the doors, and had killed Snake.
His intelligence is further shown by the face that he is the right hand man to the mastermind of the game Zero. This reveal - in combination with his hostage taking and attempted murder of Ace - goes to show a more sinister side of the man known as Santa. In the end we find out that he does these things for his sister in the hopes that the Nonary game will save her life. He is also a stock broker; or so he claims. In truth it was a future vision from a young June who told him to buy shares in a company before the share prices skyrocketed. This made him, and her, a millionaire sibling pair with a large group of underlings to help with their plans.
Santa is the kind of brother who would do anything for his sister; including planting bombs inside people and letting them explode from the inside. He does, however, seem disgusted at Junpei when he forces the group to leave behind Lotus and Clover when they already had a way to go through two different doors with two different teams. He says that it wasn't fair and is generally upset with Junpei about the whole thing for a while. So yes; he would do anything for his sister including helping her build up and run a large scale murder game for the sake of saving her life and taking revenge on the people who hosted the game originally. He even mentions that he became a semi-parent for his sister when their parents died.
With other people, though? He's quick to insult them, which was mentioned earlier, and he even insults their beliefs. He wastes absolutely no time in laughing at Lotus when he thinks she believes in Psychic powers, for example. He's quick to order them around in stressful situations; really quick and really rude, actually.
So... yes. Cocky, arrogant secret right hand man to an evil mastermind who keeps his motives well hidden until just the right time - and he doesn't care about what he does to get his goals. Bad tempered and foul mouthed - he wont be shy about telling people what to do or where to go.

Santa... Santa... why had he stuck to using that name? He wasn't sure why exactly he had chosen to do so but once he found out that people from his home might show up he was thankful for his decision. The last thing he needed was the old geezer to show up.
He hadn't even given his name to the team he was working with; despite any of the bitching they tossed his way about trust and all that fancy dancy horseshit. He didn't ask for their names so they shouldn't have asked for his.
He certainly didn't bother including the fact that he wasn't working for the goodguys. While he pretended to be working for the government in reality he was working for the Anoli faction. It made sense, right? If you were walking somewhere you couldn't find and it was possible to walk in two different directions at once then why wouldn't you?
"You'd have to be a moron to do anything else," the young man sighed into the mirror. His eyes had bags under them and his legs ached from walking around so much. Living a double life in this place was taking it's toll, that was for sure. He rubbed his temples softly to ease the growing migraine he had going on.
"Fuck me... This shit was so much easier when we were in control of everything."
He slid onto his bed without bothering to change or turn off the light. He hardly had the time to close his eyes before his COMP device beeped with a new message.
Whoever it was this time - the Anoli or the Government - they'd have to wait for him to saw some logs first. He tossed his watch across the room without a second thought and pulled his quilt over his head.

Major statements and spoilers out of the way first, alright?
- Santa wears the bracelet with the number 3 on it. Only his bracelet is not the number 3; it's the number 9.
- Why? Because he plans to use this to cover up for his (unknown to anyone else) sister June - the wearer of the 6th bracelet. Her bracelet is actually the number 0 bracelet. He plans to always go through the same doors as her; that way their fake numbers would still total 9 (3+6 = 9 while 9 + 0 also = 9, see?)
- June is the mastermind behind the whole game - Zero - and Santa was her right hand man. Santa doesn't care about doing anything violent or "wrong" in order to help her since her life is on the line.
- Santa is a millionaire stock broker with an group of underlings thanks to a future vision from his sister. He only divulges the part about being a stock broker to Junpei; he doesn't share anything else as that's a secret until the end of the Nonary game.
